Introduction

The 2nd edition of the Nordic-Baltic Business Conclave (N8) serves as a dynamic regional cooperation platform, encompassing Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, and Sweden. Renowned for its innovation and technological prowess, the NB8 aligns seamlessly with India’s increasing emphasis on technology, presenting abundant opportunities for collaboration. The potential for substantial growth between these geographies is vast. It was a 2-day big event from 22nd to 23rd November 2023, that took place at Sushma Swaraj Bhawan, New Delhi.

Indian industries have a unique opportunity to establish partnerships and joint ventures (JVs) and engage in technology transfer agreements with institutions and enterprises within the NB8. The NB8 region stands ready to address India's needs for market knowledge, information on specific procedures, compliance norms, and more.

Problem

During the 1st edition in 2020, due to COVID-19, it was held virtually, making the inaugural virtual event a remarkable success. The 2nd edition of the Nordic-Baltic Business Conclave was held in 2023. Managing registration data for international and domestic attendees from 8 different countries presented a big challenge.

Given the scale of the event, everyone was eager to network with industry experts and professionals. Since the 1st edition was conducted virtually, CII aimed to make a significant impact with the 2nd offline edition of the business conclave. Tackling these key issues, they aimed to find the perfect solution.

Scheduling meetings and forming groups has never been easier, fostering collaboration and engagement within the community. The B2B portal was also mobile-responsive.

In addition, we developed two distinct registration portals tailored for domestic and international attendees, ensuring a streamlined approach to data collection. Our commitment to efficiency led us to implement an e-ticketing system complete with a QR code scanner, revolutionizing the event entry process. This innovation not only reduced waiting times but also eliminated queue lines, providing a seamless and expedited experience for participants.
