Housr recently relocated their office to the Smart Technology building, moving from their previous location at WeWork. For their new office, Housr required updated and professional signage, including a reception logo and the main external signage to be installed on the 10th floor. The main challenge lay in installing a large, custom-cut letter logo on the 7th floor. This logo, measuring approximately 10x4 feet, presented significant difficulties due to its size and weight, the height and accessibility of the installation site, the need for precise alignment, and strict time constraints.

Our company was selected to tackle this challenging project. We began with a thorough site assessment to understand the structural and spatial dynamics of the 7th floor and collaborated with the building management to plan safe and efficient access routes for transporting the signage materials. We developed a detailed installation plan, including safety protocols and equipment requirements. High-quality materials were used to fabricate the 10x4 cut letter logo, ensuring durability and a premium finish. We worked closely with Housr to finalize the design specifications to meet their branding requirements.

A team of skilled technicians experienced in high-elevation installations was deployed, using specialized equipment such as scaffolding, cranes, and safety harnesses to facilitate the process.
