Event Overview

Following a successful collaboration at IMSH 2025, EMS once again participated in the International Meeting on Simulation in Healthcare (IMSH) 2026, held from January 10--14, 2026, in San Antonio, Texas. IMSH is one of the most prominent global platforms where healthcare organisations come together to showcase innovations in simulation, training tools, and educational technology.

Building on the impact created in 2025, EMS aimed to return with a stronger, more refined presence, one that not only maintained brand consistency but also elevated its visibility and engagement at the event.

For IMSH 2026, EMS needed to:

  • Enhance the overall experience with a more polished and impactful design for the 2026 edition
  • Stand out in a highly competitive environment filled with global healthcare technology leaders
  • Maintain a consistent brand identity across physical and digital touchpoints

Building on the success of IMSH 2025, EMS partnered with Rishiraj Media again to design their booth and campaign creatives for IMSH 2026.

Rishiraj Media played a key role in shaping EMS's presence at IMSH 2026. Our approach focused on clarity, engagement, and brand consistency across both physical and digital platforms.

1. Stall Design

We designed and managed EMS's stall to ensure it was visually strong, highly functional, and visitor-friendly.

The stall was:

  • Encouraging footfall and interaction
  • Well-organised and easy to navigate, allowing smooth movement for visitors
  • Equipped with digital screens and interactive elements to clearly demonstrate EMS's training solutions
  • Designed to reflect EMS's professional, modern, and technology-driven brand identity

The layout and visual language ensured that attendees could immediately understand EMS's role in advanced healthcare training. The stall communicated its value proposition clearly, even to visitors encountering the brand for the first time.

2. Campaign Design

We created a cohesive campaign design strategy to strengthen EMS's visibility beyond the event floor.

This included:

  • Website banners to maintain consistent digital visibility
  • Emailer headers aligned with EMS's branding for professional communication
