Creating captivating designs for the CREDAI Youthcon 2024 event

CREDAI Youthcon” is a platform that brings together the next generation and developers in a single forum to discuss ideas, innovations, emerging trends, latest technologies and come up with steps crucial for the success of all stakeholders involved in the Real Estate Sector.

This year’s event was held from March 15th & 16th 2024 at the Hotel Andaz, New Delhi. The theme of the event was ‘Here & Now- Navigating towards Viksit Bharat’. Aligned with the Prime Minister's vision to achieve 'Viksit Bharat' by 2047, the objective of this conference was to create a space for the youth in the real estate industry across the nation to come together, interact, and learn from each other through dedicated sessions that inspired, moved, and brought different perspectives to the table.

As the designated designing team for the CREDAI Youthcon 2024 event, we were tasked with the challenging responsibility of providing end-to-end integrated design solutions. This encompassed designing various elements such as digital backdrops, standees, lanyards, and registration backdrops, and creating engaging social media content including posts, teaser videos, and theme launch videos.

The complexity of the project lies in ensuring cohesive branding and visual consistency across all elements while meeting the unique requirements and expectations of CREDAI. Additionally, the success of the event was crucial for both CREDAI and Rishiraj Media, adding pressure to deliver exceptional results.

To address the multifaceted design requirements of the CREDAI Youthcon 2024 event and ensure its success, our team devised a comprehensive solution focused on creativity, collaboration, and meticulous execution.

We began by conducting thorough planning sessions to understand the vision, objectives, and branding guidelines of CREDAI. This involved collaborating closely with their team to ensure alignment and clarity on design expectations.

Leveraging our expertise in integrated design solutions, we meticulously designed digital backdrops, standees, lanyards, and registration backdrops that reflected the theme and essence of the event. Our goal was to create a cohesive visual identity that resonated with attendees and reinforced CREDAI's brand presence.

In addition to physical design elements, we conceptualized and created engaging social media content including posts, teaser videos, and theme launch videos. Our aim was to generate excitement and anticipation among the target audience while effectively communicating key event highlights and messages.
