American Express faced the challenge of creating an employee engagement activity for their new office in Manesar that would foster team spirit and provide a memorable experience for all employees. Aiming to boost morale and enhance workplace satisfaction, they sought a creative solution that would cater to the diverse tastes and preferences of their workforce. Additionally, they needed to brand the office cafeteria to reflect the vibrant and dynamic culture of American Express.

After thorough consideration and collaboration, Compass Group India and American Express partnered with us to design and implement an engaging activity for the new office's employees, as well as to handle the cafeteria branding. Through extensive brainstorming sessions, we conceived a plan to offer employees a nostalgic experience while engaging them in a series of fun and interactive activities. We organized a month-long ice cream festival at the American Express office, featuring a rotation of ice cream flavors and themes every four days. With offerings such as Turkish ice cream, Teppanyaki, Rolled ice cream, and more, we curated an experience designed to delight and inspire the entire workforce.

For the cafeteria branding, we developed a comprehensive strategy to create a visually appealing and welcoming environment that would enhance the overall dining experience. This included designing custom signage, incorporating American Express branding elements, and creating themed décor that resonated with the company's values and culture. By integrating vibrant colors, modern design elements, and inspirational quotes, we transformed the cafeteria into a space that not only served as a dining area but also as a hub for relaxation and socialization, further contributing to employee satisfaction and engagement.
