Introduction

The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is dedicated to fostering an environment conducive to India's development by collaborating with industry, government, and civil society through advisory and consultative processes.

As a non-governmental, not-for-profit organization, CII is industry-led and industry-managed, boasting a membership of approximately 9,000 entities from both private and public sectors, ranging from SMEs to MNCs. It also indirectly represents over 300,000 enterprises through 286 national and regional industry bodies.

With over 125 years of experience, CII has played a pivotal role in shaping India's development trajectory. It actively contributes to transforming the nation's industrial landscape by engaging with policymakers, thought leaders, and stakeholders. CII facilitates efficiency, competitiveness, and growth opportunities for industries through specialized services and global partnerships, while also serving as a platform for consensus-building and networking on critical issues.

Problem

CII, one of our valued clients, encountered a significant challenge with offline training for their employees. Conducting training sessions offline proved to be cumbersome, as it required considerable time and resources to organize and execute. Moreover, hiring dedicated personnel solely for training purposes was not a cost-effective solution for CII.

Recognizing the inefficiencies and limitations of offline training methods, Rishiraj Media Tech Solutions stepped in to address this issue. By understanding the specific requirements of CII and building a customized portal tailored to their needs, we aimed to streamline their training processes and overcome the challenges associated with traditional offline training methods.

Solution

In order to address this challenge effectively, our decision was to develop a tailored solution: a customized Learning Management System (LMS). This LMS serves as a comprehensive platform designed specifically to meet the training needs of CII.

Within this system, we have developed a user-friendly dashboard accessible via login credentials. This dashboard serves as the central hub for all training activities. It encompasses detailed user profiles, providing both user and instructor information. Users have the flexibility to select their preferred instructor for the courses they wish to enroll in, ensuring personalized learning experiences.

One of the key features of our LMS is the daily reporting functionality embedded directly within the dashboard. This allows users to effortlessly track their progress and performance metrics in real time, facilitating ongoing monitoring and improvement.

Furthermore, we have implemented a robust course list section within the LMS. This section offers extensive filtering options, allowing users to refine their search based on categories, status, instructor, and price. This empowers users to easily navigate through the available courses and select the ones that align with their preferences and learning objectives.
