Rishiraj Media’s Seamless Execution of Axis Max Life Insurance’s Term Launch – “Term ka Superstar

Axis Max Life Insurance Limited (formerly known as Max New York Life Insurance Company Limited and Max Life Insurance Company Limited) is an Indian life insurance company headquartered in New Delhi and the largest non-bank private-sector life insurer in India. It is an 80:20 joint venture between Max Financial Services and Axis Bank. The company is a subsidiary of the publicly-listed Max Financial Services. It was founded in 2000 after the liberalization of the insurance sector in India and its operations began in 2001.

Rishiraj Media had the privilege of managing the grand launch of Axis Max Life Insurance’s new term plan, “Term ka Superstar.” The event was a large-scale activation held simultaneously across three locations in a single day, with the main event hosted at Policy Bazaar in Gurugram and the other two at different venues, including one more in Gurugram and another in Naraina. Our scope of work encompassed comprehensive branding, and event setup ensuring a flawless experience for all attendees.

One of the biggest challenges we faced was delayed approvals, which significantly shortened our execution timeline. However, our team rose to the occasion, ensuring timely delivery and installation of all event collaterals.

For the Policy Bazaar office, we executed wall branding, stage setup, lift branding, an arch gate, and a balloon arch, creating an immersive and celebratory ambience. At the other two locations, we arranged balloon arches, AV consoles, and post-event celebration cakes.

Despite the limited time, our printing and logistics team efficiently managed the production and dispatch of over 600 danglers across Gurugram and Naraina. Additionally, 700 newspapers were distributed in Delhi and Mumbai, a requirement we were informed of just a day before the event. Our quick coordination ensured this last-minute task was executed flawlessly.

Handling urgent requests was a crucial part of our role. At 8 PM on Monday, the client requested 14 party poppers, which we swiftly arranged. Later that evening at 6 PM, we were instructed to procure 200 whistles, which were also delivered within the timeframe.

Beyond logistics, Rishiraj Media also played a key role in the creative execution of the event. We designed and delivered tent cards, wall posters, cake creatives, treasure boxes, standees, and leaflets, all of which were printed and dispatched on time.

Additionally, our team efficiently set up the Projector & AV system, ensuring a seamless audiovisual experience for all attendees. The successful execution of branding and setup, including standees, danglers, and event décor, demonstrated our ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining excellence.
